Services. Driiv provides Taxi Service, Taxi Booking, Hotel Transportation, Airport Taxi, Intercity Taxi and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://taxiservicenewhope.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Driiv or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Driiv may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Driiv arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Driiv from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of PA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in PA.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
